PERSONAL TRAINING WITH ALEKSA
I offer 1-1 personal training sessions applying my Strength & Grace Method. During my PT sessions, you will be working on the Reformer, TRX, MOTR. I also use High Intensity Resistance Training, HIIT & Kettle Bells to build strength from the core to every muscle in your body. I can also offer 1-1 Reformer Pilates sessions and pre natal training.
