S T G stands for STRENGTH & GRACE, pure and simple.
We are a multidisciplinary boutique Pilates studio focusing on FUSION/HYBRID workouts of Strength, Pilates & HIIT training. With a maximum of 10 people per session, we offer a personalised approach to group training focusing on technique, posture and alignment whilst pushing our client's physical limits.
More than a place to come and burn fat and calories, I aim to teach and educate clients about their bodies and empower them towards achieving what they are truly capable of both physically and mentally.
