S T G stands for STRENGTH & GRACE, pure and simple.
STG is a my multidisciplinary boutique Pilates studio in Fulham that follows the STRENGTH and GRACE Pilates Method. My timetable offers workouts of Strength, Pilates & HIIT training, as well as occasional Yoga & Barre. I believe a physically balanced and healthy body is capable of performing a variety of movements, and I apply the principles of Pilates to Strength & Conditioning. I encourage my clients to engage in the most diverse fusion of workouts, so I hire expert Barre and Yoga teachers to compliment my member's training.
With a maximum of 10 people per session, I offer a personalised approach to group training focusing on technique, posture and alignment whilst pushing my client's physical limits.
More than a place to come and burn fat and calories, I aim to teach and educate clients about their bodies and empower them towards achieving what they are truly capable of both physically and mentally.
